Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about exchanges and returns:
- Sale items are final sale. Items marked Final Sale, or purchased at a discount, are not eligible for exchanges or returns, no exceptions.
- Changed your mind? No worries! You can exchange your item within 10 days of delivery reception if it's not the right fit for you. Please note that refunds are not available; you will receive an electronic voucher of equal value that can be redeemed through our website within one year from the date of the exchange.
- Received a defective item? We've got you covered! If your item has a manufacturing defect or flaw through no fault of your own, you have up to 15 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
- Warranty claims on worn items will be carefully reviewed by our Quality Team. We'll get back to you within 30 days of receiving the item — we promise to make it right!
Before you reach out, here's what you'll need:
- Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). We won't be able to process anything without it, so make sure to keep it handy!
- The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels still attached. - If the item has been worn, tried on, or is missing its tags, we can only accept an exchange or return if there is a manufacturing defect.
- If your exchange or return is not related to a defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
